Officer Indicted For Murder Charges of Sonya Massey

This was a hit. I wonder if she did something, knew something, pissed somebody off, or something.

Can you prove Murder 1, tho?

Meaning: can the prosecution PROVE that that pig went to that house with the full intention on killing that woman beforehand?

Remember: Murder in the 1st degree requires malice aforethought.

I don't think that will be the case here. Murder 2 sounds likely, but I'd attach Manslaughter charges as well. Y'all saw what happened to the Zimmerbitch case and the lack of justice young Trayvon got because people tried to lead a trial based on emotions and not facts and logic.

But what was that dialogue?

I think he asked about the water. She responded “oh what am I doing with the water?” He said yes, she said something and it’s not clear at all, he said you better not or I’ll shoot you in the face, he pulls his gun and she says ok, I’m sorry..then he ends up shooting her.

This here will get him off alone. They will use whatever she said as the threat. Although, we can see no physical threat actually taking place.

According to the video it's very clear she
said "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus" and his response was "I'll shoot you in the fucking face".

If that's a threat then you might need to watch yourself at church

Sounded like she joked when she said the rubuking line and then he said that he'd shoot her and she said sorry

Then he shot her. Should be open and shut murder

You got a factor in that he was a fired, charged with murder and has no bond. he's in prison as we speak. That tells you his police department has thrown him under the bus. I don't think he's walking

As she's saying okay, this fuck already has his hand on his gun and ups it in the next breath. Panicky, itchy trigger fingers couldn't wait to shoot this poor woman. Look at the distance from where they were to where she was standing. It sounds like she was filling the pot with water, therefore cooling it. How was she that much of a threat that shooting her was the only option?

Didn't watch the video. Don't plan on watching it. Done seen enough of those. That 1st degree is a loophole for him to get a less charge, and lesser time. Be prepare for the "I feared for my life" narrative.
 
The links ain’t showing the full interaction. If you watch it you see the vibe is off from the moment she opens the front door.
I think she actually says don’t hurt me in the beginning on some foreshadowing shit.
She even called back 911 and wanted them to stay on the line because she knew the vibe was off.

he told the police he feared for his life and they didn't have his back. so he can try that in court fine but he was already not believed in the first place

You actually have to watch the video it's not graphic but it does show how egregious he acted

Any $2 lawyer could get a conviction after watching the video. It's a layup

1st degree doesn't necessarily mean the same in every state


& if it's premeditated doesn't necessarily have to be planned out if they could prove the intent moments before the shooting
