I don't know. The prankster didn't identify it as a prank until the gun was mentioned. Old dude told him to put the stuff down and the prankster acted like he wanted to fight. Old dude couldn't have just shot him at that point, but if the prankster took it as far as stepping up like he was going to do something, I think old dude could have gotten away with a shot in one of those stand your ground states.

Older cat, young goon walked up brazenly and took OG's shit talmbout "this here is mine". The statement where he says "come do something about it" or whatever could be seen as a threat to the OG, one made multiple times. I really doubt a jury would convict dude of anything because to the average person looking at this, they would believe he was in danger.
