If I had to guess I think he somebody John Mara (owner) thinking he was going to be like Eli since he trained under the same qb coach. Shane and Daboll just working with what they have.
He got that money tho so he need to play until they find somebody else.
@IP360 @VulcanRaven if this is our opps main criticism of our draft pick, we will be just fine.
1-2 years in a NFL weight room will fix that since he already has the frame to put on weight.
Most folks agree he is one of, if not the best cover CBs in this draft.
If I was Justin Fields, I’ll put Chicago whole playbook online. Ain’t no way in the world Chicago build a whole offense for Caleb Willams in 1 1/2 months but couldn’t get Fields help in 4 years.
