There's a world where AEW fans start critiquing the show they are being presented with and in that world maybe Tony Khan actually responds by trying to improve it.

I don't know why they're so hellbent on watching the first viable alternative to WCW crash and burn when it's so easily avoidable.

100k loss in viewership in 4 months. Free fall.
200k loss in viewering year over year. Free fall.

And yeah it's pretty fucking bad to lose a fifth of your audience when your rights are up. Is this even the floor? Because so far the chart is just aimed down.
You just cherrypicked LMAO.

Cable is in decline as whole, their numbers are relative to that.

Using past dynamite when it was expected and explained why it dropped is comedic. Their usual weekly numbers for the rest of this year are closer to the Jan number than this past wedsnesday. Knock it off man.

Actually I been sitting these fun pow wows out because the AEW fanboys form the human shield every time. And I want AEW to succeed for the health of pro wrestling but that's obviously in peril.

Meh...its a 4 year company tho. Time will fix that. Folks can't seriously expect to compare AEW with a company that has a 40+ year head start. And let's stop acting like WWE has been consistently sellin out shows and puttin up high tv ratings.

WWE didn't start hittin their stride until the last 4 to 5 years. B4 that...they was puttin out trash. RAW was trash. The bookin was trash. Storylines trash. SD was pretty much their A-show. Remember a lot of yall niggas in here was complaining about the detriment of WWE being caused by VKM.

At the end of the day...BOTH companies are gonna go thru the ratings roller coaster.

Cherry picked? Okay bro. So taking last year's rating, the start of this year, and the most recent rating is cherry picking got it.

They've been under 800k since Sting retired and took 50k viewers with him. The only thing that spiked was the Punk episode when those same 50k came back and then promptly left the next week.

As far cable ratings, that's a losing argument too since NXT is up year over year. The audience is there. They just don't want to watch what is being presented to them.

Saying one company being up means the other will be down should not have been contentious at all but here we are.
WWE has no bearing on AEW putting out a shit product.

For Swerve and Osprey/Bryan you have to also take Jungle Boy and the Elite cosplaying as the nWo. You gotta deal with Swerve going 15 minutes with a jobber who hasn't won a match all year. Mercedes being sent out week after week to die. Jericho coming out there looking like Greg the Hammer Valentine, sucking the heat from any over act he can get his hands on. And now Tony Khan appearing on camera looking like a make a wish kid.

There's a lot of shit on AEW that is clearly not resonating. Point blank.

Sting retired on the 5th., going off this they've hit 800k twice since so what's the explanation since he took the 50k? They've been up and down recently due to going head to head with other sports.

This "they don't want to watch" stuff is a lie and you know it is.

WBD themselves have said AEW tv does 4 million viewers per week, assuming the DVR numbers are being factored in. Stop being so dishonest.

Everything is down no matter what you tell yourself. SD being on FOX is it's saving grace, the numbers when it's on FS1 tell a vastly different story.
