Fact if the matter is each has a fan base that dickride so hard the outcome won’t affect their futures, both have pop appeal and both have core hip hop audiences.

One or the other could let down their core audiences but it will be forgotten once they release a new hit, consumption has changed.

Everything’s fast food, Kendrick hasn’t responded for 5 days and people are losing their minds, once he does drop they’ll expect another one straight after anyways.

I was a 50 guy when Jada smoked his boots, just said it. It didn’t kill me to admit lol & moved forward . Shit don’t make niggas less of a fan. That’s why I said this is just gonna be fan wars right after Like That.

Now everyone just entrenched in either narratives or allegiances if not both. And they’re gonna argue for that side no matter what just like Skip does every single day.

Drake honesty proved this in the Pusha T battle. Push dissed him with Story of Addidon and Drake basically erased the immediate effect when In My Feelings dropped, the challenge happened and the song and dance took over that summer.

Including some of the best artist of all time.

In light of this "you must respond in 4-5 days" shit... I must be one of the small few who feels that's not the case and Drake isn't saying Kendrick must respond within a small time frame.

The industry is filled with men who chat too much and gossip more than bitches do. There were rumblings that Kendrick had bombs ready for Drake. Even the weekend that Drake released Push ups, they were saying PGLang something in the chamber too. So if you are Drake, would you just sit there and twiddle your thumbs?

And that's what us fans are hearing on a surface level, imagine behind the scenes now. I'm definitely cornering my opponent, taunting him, putting up a shot clock, controlling the narrative to the fullest while attacking with all kinds of shit from all kinds of angles. Fuck what people think. War isn't supposed to be fair, we don't have to like it but it is what it is.
