This dude mad Kendrick jacked his lane and made it more successful. Kendrick is what Lupe wanted his legacy to be. All that aside. I’ll put up Lupe’s first two albums up against Kendrick’s best two any day. I will never dismiss Lupe’s talent in his prime. For some one who is about bars, is weird that he feels that way about the most lyrical successful rapper rn

So many people are saying this about Lupe, and I agree. Lupe will always be one of my favorite rappers. His skill on delivery, entendres, metaphors, etc are on some alien shit. Kendrick was able to make the most and sell at a higher level. Even Lupe throw away I need a doctors, thesaurus, Rubiks Cube just to understand him. But when you get those breakdowns and see what he just wrote, it’s phenomenal

Kendrick made the control verse and Drake got in his feelings about it and started talking saying slick shit bout Kendrick. Then they started going back n forth.
Lupe just out here saying Kendrick jacked his style and finding ways to talk down his skills and accomplishments.
K.dot and Drake are peers fighting for the top spot competition wise. Lupe just criticizing from the peanut gallery and hating on the dude that “jacked his style” according to him.

His last release didn't chart. At all. Not the singles, not the album. You don't get to call out the top artists in the game when you aren't even in the game anymore.
He need the go the podcast route and try to get some shine that way.
