The mainstream fragences you tend to smell quite often, maybe more so on women... Its why I tend to go for the more niche houses and stopped wearing Aventus now its become so big in the UK...

Even though its expensive dudes are breaking the bank on Aventus wearing it to the ground, even if its the knock off/copy versions...

I never do cause I research my buys and don't have the average shit on my shelf. I often get asked what I'm wearing by women and men tho. I almost always lie or just suggest something that might suit them.
 
Whilst the skin chemistry thing is true imo people also spray it on their clothes which gives off a universal fragrance...

My nephew has just turned 18yr and is in that phase of covering himself in sh!t cologne that 'smells like' *insert creed or popular fragrance* the kid gets in my car and Im like WTF you trying to kill me breda!!!

I have to open all the car windows as I literally cant breathe... Hes like 'what I only done a few squirts', like fck you have, you just emptied the whole bottle and ruined my rasclart £200 EDP with cheap dog piss...
 
I should bless somebody with my sample bag lol it has at 40+ fragrances that I decided weren’t for me, but based on the reviews clearly somebody like em

Yeah, I just gave maybe 10 samples I wasnt feeling to my friend. I boutght the ones I liked.

I never have, people can wear the same cologne or perfume and I mean it can smell the same overall but we all have our own “body chemistry” that changes the way they smell on each of us. Overall I’ve genuinely never smelled someone who has smelled like me. I’ve had a neighbor stop me on the elevator and tell me she has never smelled anything like what I’m wearing lol and I’m sure I’m not the only person who wears Coach Floral but also I do layer some of my perfumes.
 
I also love Burberry Her, that’s been my date night go to. That or Givenchy Irresistible. I call those my grown woman date night scents lol. They’re still a bit soft but not like my floral perfumes.

No. I almost always layer my fragrances with a body wash and/or scented lotion that has similar notes so that changes the scent a little. Plus stuff smells differently on people.
 
I got my sample of Queen of silk and to me it smells like a more refined sweeter version of Givenchy L'interdit Rouge. I love it....which isn't good cause I'm tempted to buy the 1 oz bottle even though one it's more then I like to spend and two I hate creeds ounce bottles with a passion.

Glad you like it, my dukes loves it too... This weekend on Creed's EU launch you can get £!0 off but still £160 for 30mm bottle which is nuts... She normally wears Chanel No.5 so its a totally different vibe...

I might buy her a bottle for her birthday later in the year...
 
Royal Oud might be the best Creed of alltime, with Aventus and Aventus cologne 2 and 3.

Ive only got 4 wrists to test the joints, so will have to test the next four tomorrow...

Im not an expert and struggle to define and explain scents like some of you guys and gals, I dont know how the YouTubers manage to break down a scent for 20mins, so dont take my views as gospel lol

Elysium: Love it, very refreshing though the scent doesnt seem to last too long though... I sprayed it on my wrist 15mins ago and its already pretty much worn off @Goldie how has yours lasted??? Think you got the pure Parfum version which is stronger...

Apex: Another banger, I would defo buy this but it smells very similar to my Eight & Bob - Egypt... I guessing its because they both contain sandalwood, patchouli and lemon... Not much point me purchasing this atm but I defo recommend checking this and E & B's 'Egypt'...

Danger: Again, really nice fragrance, at first I thought it was abit feminine, then that wore off and started smelling more manly... Not sure how to explain it, maybe smokey, yet sweet maybe a little soapy??? A really nice scent, not sure I would drop £270 on it...

Enigma: Im so glad I didnt spray this on me, smells like those plants in the wild that smell like piss!!!

So 3 more more from set to try plus the extra free sample... I cant wait to test the extra 'Isola Sol' they sent, without spaying it and just smelling the bottle it smells like its gonna a wicked summer fragrance to rival my favourite Creed - Virgin Island Water...

Yea I got the Parfum, I can still smell it hours later.


A lot of people say the cologne version is weak, but I do think some people are just going noseblind to it. Other people can still smell it, but the wearer can't.
