Yeah, by proving the other person is unfit? Otherwise what would be the argument against joint custody if the other person were still fit as a parent?

I'm sure he could probably get primary custody if he doesn't already have that based on who can provide better for the child but so long as the courts deem her fit, she would still be able to maintain at minimum joint legal custody with like 3 weekends a month or something.

No court in 2024 is going to give a man full custody because the woman is a hoe.

The term "no Diddy" got me thinking about BIG's 3rd verse on You're Nobody Til Somebody Kills You. There's gonna be kids 20 years from now that will have no idea who he is but will be saying "no Diddy".

No two cases are alike and it really does vary from state to state and judge to judge

It's ok to not speak in absolutes cause that's what you think should happen
