Arabs is a kind of spinoff “nigga”with different clothes and culture. Blacks and Arabs have similar physical features, and soon as you swap the clothing to Middle East on a black dude they fit right in that region np. Or put some Arabs in hip hop clothes you’ll see. Even when Im not wearing a head wrap ppl from that region often mistake me for being Sudanese, Ethiopian or Arab, that’s until they hear me open mouth.

That aside though, Arabs, Israelites and Judeans (Jews) in the Bible are all distinctly different groups. Their differences in physical appearance isn’t really mentioned in the Bible, but you can tell who’s who from other non-physical, cultural cues.

And some of yall are out of your mind if you think a white man would get up on a cross and trade his life for your black behind.

I agree with this. You said they are distinctly different but they do share the same forefather Abraham. It's just some are from Keturah & Hagar and the others are from Sarah. No? The original Arabs most definitely Black tho. And before the Middle East got termed in the 19th century is was known as an extension of North Africa.
