I think overall it doesn't mean you didn't ever chuckle or even laugh during their set,but that the majority of a stand up just overall wasn't funny to you.
I'm thinking in terms of stand up,not really comedic acting.

Mike Epps ain't NEVER been funny in his stand-up. Carrot Top ain't funny at all. Jerry Seinfeld has never made me so much as chuckle. Truthfully the vast majority of the folks that had been on Def Comedy Jam wasn't funny.

Yeah, I don't find Tracey Morgan all that funny. It feels like his jokes are forced or he tries to hard. Hard to explain but he is not funny to me.
