i ain't gain no muscle tho, i just drink tons of water.. eat lots of nuts between meals (nh), and i walk ALOT..mainly for work though..

most of my meals are just veggies and meats...more veggies than meats......

i mostly fill up on water, nuts, and fruits throughout the day
