Not gonna lie, at the moment, I have 0% interest in the Shang-Chi movie but I'm going to wait till more info rolls out about the plot and see how the trailers are

I don't know if Marvel can make a movie that I'd have zero interest in at this point. Knew nothing of the character prior to the announcement and I'm still in there when it drops.

He was supposed to be a full blown character in Ragnarok, but all we ended up with was a soft-intro with his face next to Hulk's as statues.

I know the whole MCU vs DCEU debate is pretty tired, but it is kinda crazy the Avengers movies alone have made more money than the whole DCEU and if EG keeps up the crazy pace, IW and EG, by themselves might match the DCEU. I guess that shows what happens when you have the right plan.

Marvel is about action and emotion, DC is about honor, intrigue, and story telling..

take captain America integrity, the story of killmongers fathers fate and why he felt betrayed, and thors comedic timing. Put them in a pot and you got DC.

but warner took , character development spiderman 3, the the half has story telling of the iron man..I think part 2?

like....nigga who's whole deal is his parents were murdered with a gun infront of him so he vows to never take a life..was straight landing on niggaz in the bat mobile shooting rockets and shit.

of all the ways you think batman would react to realizing the existence of a super man from space. going on a murderous rampage ain't one of em....

If you look at it, the worse movies of iron man, thor, and captain America came from when they were trying to explain the why, through introspective story telling. Marvel isn't good at that, ion want Disney touching DC.

George Clooney's batman is Disneys idea of what batman is.
 
all those stories took mad films to flesh out which only came to a head with endgame. the ones that they tried to specifically flesh out those points, were horrible. I'm just saying, the watchmen is a good example of DC. All of that in one film, that film alone is better than all but 5 marvel movies.
 
and wonder woman and aqua man work cause to keep it a buck..no one cares why aqua man and wonder woman do what they do...

big strong woman, man talks to fish..aight got it..not much complexity there..

but..the speed force..the core..
