Murray's defense was good but not as great as people make it out to be. It's kinda a blessing he got hurt because we've found out White can play. Dude is a solid player who should get run even when Murray comes back

Why do you think Murray is overrated defensively?

I said it at the start of the season and I still believe they are going to miss the playoffs. I hope Pop doesnt retire on that note but I can see it happening. During the rodeo road trip they have looked consistently without energy. It seems like a few players have given up or are hurt DeRozan wears his emotions on his sleeve and if he doesnt get calls he pouts

Murray was solid defensively last season and had a couple of television games where made a couple of plays but he wasn't consistent. Aldridge and Kyle Anderson did very good defensively and despite being hurt most of the season Danny Green played solid. I miss Danny's play the guy always gave his all on the court

Im high on Murrays potential on that side of the court but what you said makes sense too, you guys were playing good team D last year and that may have made him look a little better than he was

I wonder why Danny Green was thrown into that Kawhi deal....I know he was kind of being jerked around with playing time on top of being injured but to include him and not get back OG or Siakam was crazy to me. Poeltl has been good for yall though and he made Gasol obsolete
 
It isn't the fact that they are playing bad defense. It's how bad the defense is. They are leaving players wide open, rotating slow, not talking and some guys barely hustle.

I'm honestly done with the whole Lebron experience. Before the injury I was for it but this team hasn't been the same since that and the trade rumors back to back L's
