Ideally, Luiz is supposed to find Morata with the pass, then he finds Jorginho who in turn finds the "Third man runs". We did this well in Pre Season, but for some reason are not able to pull this off in the League.

The article has a point. FFP is there to keep clubs like Chelsea, Man City, PSG down.... Its there to protect the "Traditional power teams".

We tried to respect FFP by balancing the books with out Loan Army and other means unlike Man City and PSG.

I get that but the alternative arguement is there has to be a spending balance to try and keep it competitive for other team. The French league has completely gone uncompetitive and that's affecting psg in Europe.

There has to be a balance somewhere
