It was the judge not the media. That label has specific consequences in Pennsylvania law. I don't know that NY has the same classification.

I never cared for his condescending rants and speeches. Same as with Obama and his.

But I still I recognize that there is an entire system designed around and dedicated to slandering black men and keeping the black family at a disadvantage.

I was listening to the radio this morning, flipping through stations and landed on this cast of white folks talking about the case. They seemed delighted to say the least. Not that so called justice was done, I could tell it was "that uppity negro got put in his place" moment. It disgusted me.

All these white people who've done the same and even worse, get flashed through the media real quick and forgotten about. Afterwards they get slaps on the wrist in court. I don't feel particularly outraged at him going to jail, I do think it's bullshit, but what I'm more bothered by is the satisfaction white amerikkka is getting from this knowing damn well their monsters are still running around free.

One other point.

Yall are comparing a serial rapist to potential victims of buyers remorse, and one off occurances (gotdamn that sounds awful).
Cos is a dude with an unresolved sexual hangup that can no longer attack adults, but is still strong enough to attack kids and teens.

He is going right where he belongs.
