How do you deal with lifes unexpected ups and down. Without a doubt bad things happens to good ppl and bad ppl.

There was a time where i was in a bad place in my life but i got out of it because it wasnt the life i wanted even though i was sort of born into it. So i left and one day my brother who was into alot of bad things followed me and he wanted to convince me to return by kidnapping my son while hurting my friends. Long story short some of my friends didnt make it but neither did my brother. Since then we've moved on so yeah..thats my story

You got to handle it straight on. For me, I am dealing with a potential demotion to be closer to home and to be far away from a toxic work environment. I enjoy working with the families I work with right now, but the office is incredibly toxic
