NBA Offseason Thread

1 out of how many

The Rockets actually do value young talent because they're cheap assets but they usually end up getting flipped into something better or they suck

Trez and Dekker helped us land Cliff
Jeremy Lamb got us Harden
Terrance Jones sucked and still played a lot
Royce White was a fuck nigga
Onuaku was trash
We made the right decision to not match the offer for Chandler Parsons
DMo "knew his rights" and is playing in China now

I'll admit we fucked up trading Marcus Morris to Phoenix for a second round pick but other than that I don't know what young player we didn't "value"

We'll see what happens with Zhou Qi, Melton and Hartenstein but I'm sure at least one will ended up being traded though

I say that to say a young player ain't stopping morey from doing any trades so I find it funny

Capela snuck through the cracks

I prefer it that way to be honest

Most teams hang on to marginal talent for too long because they don't want to give up on someone too early which is a real concern but it's not like the Rockets are out here picking in the lottery and trading away some crazy potential

We flipping late 1st and 2nd round picks lol

Lmao why?

S/O to the Pelicans picking up big Jah. They really about to do big shit now. WCF?

WCF :whew: Shit can you imagine the hot boy graphic tees that would come from that.

But if he makes the roster over the other Okafor it will be because of his offense and Diallo being a viable bench player. They have 4 players vying for that 2nd string center spot. Somebody has to want it.
