@Goldie Let the record show that by the prosecution first witness remarks that no crime was committed. This case should be tossed!
He was never charged for a name change nor was a free name change ever given. Unless Kandy can provide another example of me giving a free name change I think we going into the territory of 'what ifs'. Dangerous precedent being set.
