I think it’s possible for this to be a self defense case considering it’s a disparity of force between man and a woman. Lawyer is going to need to explain how it went from 0 to gun pulling tho.

Easy, white man being super aggressive towards a Black woman over some dumb shit and he kept advancing. At a point it that legally becomes assault. He keeps doing it and she now fears for her safety and can draw a weapon and fire. The only issue is that she does this and doesn't immediately fire and only threatens to do it, however he keeps advancing aggressively even after the gun has been drawn so now he becomes a real threat and she shoots.
