Part of me is interested but then Conor hasn't fought since 2021 and he lost 2 fights that year with TKO. The last time he won a fight was freaking 2020 lol

Yeah it’s time for Herb Dean to retire.

He’s doing more damage overall of MMA reffing than he thinks.

He has lost a significant step or two and is looked at as the current standard of competent refereeing. His contemporaries will match only look to his latest examples for inspiration due to laziness.

Yeah. Herb was a legitimate great ref. He's kinda ruining his legacy with some of the stuff happening lately.

I know talking about a ref's legacy sounds kinda silly, but refs are important in MMA.
