Yes, I am sure the 1200 fans in attendance for Dynamite (in Mox's hometown no less) has them shaking in their boots.

I was mostly joking. But lets be real about 1 point. They really dont need Cody to sell Summerslam. He can easily open the show with Jey if thats the match, just like Jey opened Mania challenging for a world title in the past. They got Roman for one main event and Brock vs Oba in a main event/hometown retirement match for the other.
 
I think its set up for Oba.

Oba beats Jey when Jacob doesn't sufficiently help Jey win.

*Then* Brock shows up for Oba, since now Oba has something Brock wants.

Oba vs Brock is made for night 1 with the title shot on the line. Winner faces the Tribal Chief in night 2.
