I've learned not to argue to much with Lebron fans just like I don't argue with MAGA. If you believe Lebron is the GOAT that's cool. I've just never heard a good argument for that stance. All the standard arguments revolve around lies, twisted facts, and tearing down other people whether it be people that played in other eras or Lebron's own teammates. Just go listen to Nick Wright talk some time and see how dumb everything he says is.

It's pretty funny how the narratives switched so quickly.

It was okc are foul baiters, play dirty and have the refs on their side. Spurs play ethical basketball, wemby is unstoppable and the spurs will beat the knicks in 5 -6..

The spurs are dirty, wemby is weak, needs to gain muscle and attack more, and now the same refs who were supposedly locked in with the thunder are trying to help the spurs win games. (They're down 0-2)

Add to that the Knick glazing (Im pro knicks and hope they win but niggas wilding with the takes) a lot of people thought whoever won between okc/spurs was going to beat the knicks and win the chip.

Nasty work.

You ain't lying. Sports media in this era is just plain nasty. The 24/7 cycle is to blame. They always want a story. That's why people are always making crazy takes after every game. Wemby has an awesome game in the WCF. Instead of just saying that, people were going overboard with the praise. Then any game he had less than that was fodder to beat up on him. It's kinda sickening.

Word. Between media and fans its too much. Making whole videos theorizing that the spurs were going to win game 2 because Tony brothers was one of the refs. Shit like this was all over my algorithm.
