OPINION Contradictions and Lies! Exposing the Democratic Party

Where the Dems at? Any black democratic spoke on this yet? We not looking for the Rep to say anything because they are racist.

Where is the Black Caucus and NAACP at? What are they doing for the boy's family, or actions that they are calling for?

Where them black Dems who was out protesting about them maps, Let's get in front of this and do something about it. Let them figure out what we should do (for those who bout to say some shit about, well what you want them to do) I didn't have to tell them what to do when their jobs were on the line

Clyburn spoke on it back when it happened in 2023. If I find other democrats speaking on the acquittal and post here will you acquiesce?

You may have had a chance to get federal hate crime charges if Trump weren’t in office. Maybe not for this case, but definitely for others. There will be none of that happening for any case right now.

And before you say not true, Biden’s DOJ greatly increased hate crime prosecutions:

@TheNightKing
I didn't want to quote all that, where was the NAACP?
Did the black caucus say anything before and now after? Burn, 1 person?

Ok, when you find these black poliicians out speaking on this issue, post it in here and also, POST WHAT WILL BE THEIR SOLUTION.

They were solution driven when their jobs were on the line.

You threw the hate crime bill angle out, Kool, let's attack that all the way, don't start with Trump

How many people were convicted under the hate crime bill/charge that involved black people being the victim?

Let's see how useful that hate crime Bill is since you brought it up.

What kind of purpose has it been serving since it's been on the books?

How many folks white folks or any other race of folks were convicted by this hate crime bill?

I don't know, but I'm sure you know since you pivot to this angle and wanted me to know that this Hate Crime Bill that was on the books is helping or has helped many black folks that were the victim get justice.

Under the Biden Administration?

I mean you don't buy a new TV and keep it in the box, You put it to use every chance you get right? Let's see the conviction rate from this Hate Crime Bill for black people

Also,
I thought we were done with the back and forth, You're not convincing me or anything and I'm not.

Let's just let it be. You vote Democratic like you always will do, and I'll make those who want my vote earn it, just like many other black folks are starting to do.

We don't need to continue this back and forth, the more I press you with logic, the ridiculous you will begin to sound, so let's just end it here sir

Bro step into 2026.

Evanston, IL, a democratic run city, has been paying reparations to black residents or their descendants who were harmed by redlining policies between 1919 and 1969. Each person can get $25k in housing assistance or a direct check.

The Congressional Black Caucus published a study in 2023 based on Evanston who’s goal was to “analyze Evanston’s model to inform policy and identify practices that can be used to progress H.R. 40 and other national, state, and local reparations legislation. This information will serve to acknowledge and evaluate historical harms that have plagued African Americans since their liberation from slavery in 1865.”

Of course, a lawsuit was filed by conservative group Judicial Watch to halt these payments.

From what I've read about this case and the aftermath the issue was the charges itself. A manslaughter charge would've most likely gotten a guilty verdict. This isn't a partisan Dem vs Republican issue. This was the DA not charging the murderer correctly. At this point their only legal recourse is civil court which their attorney said as soon as the verdict was announced they would pursue. The rest of any consequences would have to come from the community in terms of them simply not supporting that store anymore. Put him out of business

Apparently this is his store now. Safe to say he’s out of business. No way he goes back to that community and opens up shop.

Notice the RIP King Cyrus tag on the side of the store.

It is one to me, these are the people you want to help you win election, you have to protect your voters. Same community you rely on to help you win elections, you as a politician of that community, city, state speak out and get in front of things like this. If you're too busy trying to court and give things to immigrants, but when your shit/job is on the line, you looking for black folks to help, but shit like this happen, you're no where to be found or not coming up with solution driven ideas, you're useless.

Yall don't require that much from them, I do. If a Youtuber can bond people out, pay for funerals and make calls to these police stations to have things moved, then these politicians can and should do so

That's the problem, well was the problem, but folks are waking up and putting more pressure on these black politicians to do more than to just come around and ask for votes.

Politicians should right now be coming up with better ideas to make sure this shit won't happen again.

"What should they do"

It's their job to figure it out, not mines. You took the oath and position you figure it out. You got elected, you figure it out on how to stop shit like this from happening.

Asian Hate Crime Bill was put into place, let's get that FBA crime Bill popping off.

Chud the Builder and other white folks or Asians can't walk around the country terrorizing black kids and women and men..

Write some shit that will/would combat this whole stand your grounds, as a politician, you shouldn't sit around and watch your base get slaughtered.

Karmelo Anthony trial is about to start, I wonder if the black dems, Jasmine Crocket will be speaking, tweeting on this issue.

We black it up when we need to save our jobs, but now that the community needs solutions, so this won't happen again, you here birds chirping.

We wanna look out for immigrants and shit, but our kids are getting gun downed out here but nothing is being created to stop this shit.

Dems, get control of DC and don't propose nothing to protect black folks, but Asians get that Hate Asian Crime that's for them.

This is the job of the district attorney. Which is why local elections also matter because they get voted into their positions as well. The DA charges criminals. Also...responses to crime are rarely preventative they're usually reactionary. Police don't show up before a crime they show up after. The proper question is if this wasn't the 1st instance of this guy being violent towards somebodu why he wasn't charged before. Which again is a DA and police issue.

In the same breath, I would want my politician, mayor (who some police chiefs/Sherriff at times work with) all down at the station putting pressure on that chief on to why this dude wasn't charged the 1st time.

Being proactive is better than being reactive and during these times, proactive is almost a necessity skilled to be able to have, putting things in place to prevent things from happening.

Case in point, as I stated, the Chud the builder dude, this could have been prevented, (not my job to tell you how) it's the police, mayor, politician to know how to prevent these things from happening or reaching to that point.

0 black folks were on that juror, we can say all 12 were white or from other groups, were they all Dem/Rep, I don't know, but my point being, with the evidence that clearly shows that the kid was in danger, these folks came back with a not guilty verdict.

These jurors are not special people, everyday ass citizens, some may read the post on here, but they came back and let that Asian off free

Has anybody from the Asian community said anything? Any Asian celeb, politician? I doubt it.

But my vote is supposed to help their kids and people like the Son and that father? Nah, chief. Can't and will not continue to do that.

Dems look out for people like that Son and Father, they put in place policies for their groups, immigrants.

Nah son, I can't be blind to the fact anymore, nor let my black people to continue to be on that time. Nah.

The current mayor of Columbia, SC is a Republican. They also have a 6 person city council which is responsible for creating and enacting the laws which has 4 Black people on it. They also have their own local police as well. Meaning trying to make this a Democrat or Republican issue when this would involve multiple levels of government which goes through both Dems and Republicans gets you nowhere. Yes being proactive is better than being reactive but unfortunately that's not how things work. Laws are created in response to crimes not before they happen. Thats how crime works. People tend to react to it after it happens.

Oh and the jury did have Black people on it. It was done in a county where more than half the population is Black. Hence why people are focusing on the charge being insufficient. A manslaughter charge probably gets a conviction. Murder involves intent which even with evidence can be difficult to prove

Do you know how many black people were on the juror?

This isn't the 1st time this crime happened, and it won't be the last, having laws put on the books to prevent these things from happening should be coming from the politicians. City Councils get elected. They received support from the Dems or Reps,

If you want to be a city council, these are the laws, that we need you to implement. Comes from the people/community.

There's no crime that hasn't seen the light of the day in this country, there should be laws to protect the black folks in this country, or in this case, protect that young man.

1st attempt should have been addressed, it wasn't or if it was, it wasn't strong enough of a hold, because he did this act again.

Having laws put on after this would be reactionary. Thats what doing something after an event happens means. And no the articles I read didn't specify number just that the jury was mixed with Black folks. In a county where half the population is Black no Black people on the jury is impossible and would've been a focal point.

Also specifically in SC the laws come from the city council not the politicans apparently. So that's how their city is set up.

The Columbia City Council is the legislative body of the city. The city council is in charge of making and enacting laws.

All white for the Karmalo trial in Texas.

It was 5 Black ppl on the Chow case

I think you missed my point, which is, this was not the 1st time this crime has happened. This crime of a teen getting shot in the back just didn't happen in 2026.

Proactive means, knowing that this crime could happen and possibly will happen, we need to have provisions setup so when this crime happens, things are already in place
That's my point. Waiting to see when a crime (that's been happening) to finally do something, introduce laws is not the move for politicians or in this case this city.

That's my point.

When politicians do this or in this case the council board members, they are useless.

Practicing proactive methods is how you cut down things and make progress, not waiting until something happens then moving on it.

You don't wait until your house burns down to get homeowner insurance.
You've seen or heard before in time that house can burn down and it can be your house any day
