"We" should be convincing anybody. That President who wants to win needs to be convining "us" how he's going to funnel reparations down to the black voters, that's if he or she wants to win their elections moving forward.

It's the other way around. Black folks don't have to do nothing, but hit "Cast Vote" if they want to, the person/candidate who wants to "win" has to do the convincing or campaging on trying to get "what we want/demanding"

See, it went from "asking" now with all of the fuckery that has been put out, it is now folks bout to start "demanding" or nothing for our vote, which is gooooddd. I love it. Now you have to talk about what you are going to do for Black folks and come down and ask black folks want they want. That's gooddddd.

And you know who else is watching this fuckery? "other groups" They are about to be on the save wave, "demanding shit for their group" or they will sit out

Money being moved is not my concerned, when checks were cut during Covid, the masses did not care where it came from. If checks are cut come close to elections, the masses won't care.

The main point that I've been standing on is, the Dems will have to do more than "vote for us because we are not like Trump" campaign. That's dead and gone.

The other point that seemed to have gotten trampled was the "single voter issue" on how black folks want reparations, you can't hide your hands and say you can't do reparations any more especially with how Trump has just done things his way.

Dems won't be able to convince black people what they can or cannot do going into these future elections if they wanna get black votes and win.

Reparations just gotten louder, well, it will get loud when campaigning and shit starts to ramp up for these seats in the future.

The whole "I can't do anything because my hands are tied" basically the old beginin neglect talk will fall on deaf ears. Black folks, not all just yet, but more and more are seeing through the bullshit and they are on some "let me get me, for my vote"

Bruh nothing gets done without convincing those in power, through no check no vote or whatever means. And you can’t just say “give me reparations” with no information on what that looks like for you.

And that’s why it’s not taken seriously.

Are the Dems in power? No. The Dems are not in power. The Reps are in power and can stay in power if the Dems don't earn that black vote.


The only way the Dems get into power is how..........? Are they just walking into these positions....No.

What happens when there’s massive black voter turnout in the midterms and 2028 without reparations on the table?

Do you then say reparations aren’t as important as other issues to us and we aren’t going to be single issue voters for reparations?
