I mean, that’s good for you but a lot of people don’t do that. They listen to everything for the most part even shit that they don’t particularly care for.

But I don’t think that most people would call Drake pure trash what they may feel like he doesn’t make the kind of music they particularly love

Nah its absolutely weird 16 years in to still run and listen to an artist you've never fucked with then complain about the music or run to social media to chat shit or repost everything shitting on the drops that comes across your algorithm.

There's people that I can tell are being objective even if they don't like drakes music like that but love hiphop and the culture like @grYmes or @Inori or yourself but there's a good amount of mfs just moving unhinged in here and online.

Shits weird.

You never see me in these other artists threads after the music drops unless I've actually listened to and are in good faith giving my honest review of the music I've listened to. But if you've seen me say I don't fw the the artist or the music im not giving my time and energy to their art. Im especially not running in threads where fans and people generally curious about the music are congregating to be an irritatant or proclaim im not listening to the music.

I think it boils down to fomo and not being part of the convo whether it's good, bad, or neutral

People will listen to it just to say they did and can give an opinion

But it's wild cause for some reason, certain people will call you a contrarian cause you don't view it in the same lens they do

Fomo is a terrible trait to have.

Even worse are the ones that didn't listen and won't they just want to trash it.
 
Only a couple more days, then the meat riding fest will slowly fade and then reality will set in…

I don’t think so. Some people are just into pop culture and Drake is a part of pop culture. People don’t want to be left out.
