That’s called having heart. Despite his body failing him he’s out there trying to help his team win. He could’ve easily sat out, but he didn’t, I can respect that.

The problem is, is that y’all need him. Your best case scenario is that VJ becomes D Wade 2.0, Maxey settles into a solid number 2 role and Embiid becomes a rich man Brook Lopez and pray that y’all somehow can put together a run before Embiid is completely done.

Embiid makes first option money

The Sixers don’t need Embiid because they aren’t contenders with him

Lopez career 3 point percentage is 2 points higher. 33% vs 35% 😕

Embiid is/was a better defender and rebounder than Lopez.

Because he deserves first option money for what he has done. And he still put up 26 and 7 this year.

And they won’t be contenders without him.
 
I recommend some of the Philly fans watch the Awful Coaching, Coach Mike and Hoops Tonight vids on YouTube to get a better feel for why things need to switch it up. Your team media isn't doing right by y'all.

What if, instead of hoping and praying, you take the 60M you are giving a player to play part-time, spending that money on two solid 30M players who can play every day, thus improving the overall roster?


Don't matter tho bcuz who is taking on that contract?

Are they better than Embiid combined? He raises your floor better than someone like say a Diabate
