Key word is could. He's been on ice for a year. Probably wanted to get it over with and there's assistant coaches like Micah nori that are probably in competition with him for those jobs. None of those are a given. He made a good safe bet.

well deserved!

I know Minnesota fans are sick seeing him ball like this. I thought Deni would get it, but I felt Nickeil and Ryan Rollins were better choices. Rollins was kinda difficult for me to quantify because the team was not good, but dudes balled out this season.

Either way, I'm happy NAW got the award and he earned it in my opinion.

I think Joe Mazulla should win coach of the year. Dude lost most of their starting five and key minutes guys off the bench and still coached a great team
