Got a KD in his prime year and fucked it up by either not making moves, bad coaching, and just some bad injury luck.

Im already moving onto the off-season.

First move, get rid of Ime. What's the second move?

Depends on what the goal is

If we're still trying win and be competitive?.....Fire Udoka and nobody should be untouchable except KD and Amen

If not trade KD

I'm gonna throw a chunk of the blame on KD too.

Team was never the same after them DMs came out.

In a way, it ain't his fault. Whatever he saying in private to friends should have stayed that was and leaking it was hoe shit to the max.

Either way though, once them tweets dropped, team was never the same.

KD might have to go.

Sengun was inefficient before that
Tari had low bbq iq before that
Amen couldnt shoot outside of the paint before that
Jabari left a lot to be desired before that


At the end of the day KD is 37 years old, was second in the league in minutes and played pretty much every game....he did what we paid and asked him to do


The problem is the guys we spent 4 years tanking for havent developed....Our coach is a dickhead and our front office failed us

If you want to blame KD thats fine but he's not higher than fourth if we're dividing up the blame pie

My memory might be off but I think the rockets were already shaky before that stuff happened
 
Fact of the matter is, KD is too good to be playing on this rockets team and he’s being wasted

Before it was supposed to be KD is the missing piece to take the rockets to the next level

And to an extent that’s true

But

lack of a true PG
Bad roster construction/lack of depth
Low IQ teammates
Injuries

is what the issue is

I don’t know enough about Udoka to say the coaching is bad but if south says it I’ll believe it

When I said KD hates these guys last night I was just thinking in the sense that he needs to be playing with more disciplined, higher IQ players

You can either ship some of these guys out to put better around him or move him

But l’m on the move him train because it’s better long term for the rockets imo

We can really go in a multitude of ways


One reason its not all doom and gloom is we do have a lot of premium assets in the cupboard, financially flexibility and team friendly deals so its not a situation where we're stuck and cant reshuffle the deck

We can trade KD and get younger, try to add another star to what we have, move some of the young players ect

Jabari, Reed, amen, Sengun are young

Just bide your time there’s no rush

That would be my stance
