So in that context you’re right and it looks bad to just fire him without giving him a chance

I think I’m speaking from a point of view of it’s better to do this now and have a whole offseason to build and install schemes and blah blah vs potentially firing keefe in Feb and then you have an interim

Then you just lost a year of AD and Trae who aren’t long for the team anyways

No doubt, if either run of us we're running the Wizards we wouldn't be wasting time fucking around with no damn Brian Keefe and would get him out the paint. Like you said it's plenty of better options available and clearly he's not the man long term
