Yea I’m up there. I’m a couple points away from being a full blown diabetic…
Instead of coffee I drink elderberry tea with raw honey..
I eat mostly fruit and yogurt for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day…
I don’t eat pork, and I rarely eat beef.
I love pasta and bread but I cut that shit out!
I drink Ultras if I drink beer (supposedly healthier). I drink Hennessy but I slowed that shit down to maybe a few drinks a month.
I’m in the gym about 3 days a week (I always been in the gym) I just stepped up my cardio.
Since my last Dr. visit (January) I’ve lost 15 pounds…
I think I’m trending in the right direction!
