The plans are to be cheap while making money in the process

Really wish Dumars and staff would've just let things ride out from the end of last year then blow it up this summer

But if they do that, they don't get Bey or Queen. I like both of these players as pieces. They need to cut a lot of dead weight.

Queen and Zion can't play together and he cant be the lone big man on the court

He did show some flashes but after December its been tough. The league kind of caught up to him quick because he's really not that efficient offensively and doesnt have that kind of gravity.

You talking about him being their second best player and I dont even know if he can be a starter

He can start, just not with Zion

At least how this team is currently comstructed. But I'm not selling my Queen stock. He's going to be a really good player

I also wanna see how he looks physically after a full off-season without being hurt and not able to properly train. I guarantee you that will be a point of emphasis. Build some muscle and shed some of that baby fat

I was trying to respect the thought of him being an offensive hub so I had to project him being important at his very best

The players association will go out their way to force the NBA to add more games before they try to mess with that system. Enough of these big names that actually are up for All NBA get hurt that are on the threshold it’s gonna force their hand. The rule in itself was already a knee jerk reaction, I wouldn’t put it past em to do it again.

If ownership has a mandate to make the playin every year and is ok with being mid because the fans still show up, pack the arena and keep them very profitable

If you're a gm but you're restricted by ownership its going to be hard for anyone to succeed in that role

Masai needs complete control and free reign to do what needs to be done if he were to consider that job

He doesn't have the gravity for teams to respect him as a hub

Cant shoot 3s, cant beat his man on face ups, not really a good shot maker

The funny thing is you're going to run into the exact same problem that you did with Zion....you have to play him with a 3&D center

Ill admit hes actually held up a little better defensively than I expected but hes still a liability

IDK man, I think y'all are evaluating him way too harshly and who knows how he will be used if they part with Borrego?

but south, dumars made sure he got his guy so maybe he has the potential to be a heliocentric player…
