If the same issues were prevalent in Detroit they either didn't do enough due diligence or they didn't care enough to do something about it and mitigate it like detroit was seemingly able to do without it disrupting the team publicly so yes it falls on them.

Part of management is dealing with these niggas personalities on and off the court. This is a multi billion dollar industry.

Didn't do their homework and due diligence

Its ok though, they just stopped someone from drafting Koa Peat and saved their job
