You keep wanting to loop me into this so ok. Yes, when we were younger, there were girls we went to school with that dated older guys. Some were even adults. As as 16 yr old boy, I didn't see anything wrong with it at the time cause my lived experiences were isolated to our small corner of the map. The fact a 16 yr old boy has to compete with 20+ yr old men for girls is wild AF too but that's for another thread.
Hell, I didn't even really have a concept of age especially when it comes to celebrities. When we were in middle school and Monica first came out, she seemed so much older because of the content of the songs she was singing. I had the biggest crush on her and I thought she was in her 20s. Monica is only 3 years older than you and I. She was 16, we were 13. Brandy was 16 and this nigga was 22.
At either rate, you experience more, read more, have more lived experiences and as you reflect, hopefully, you look back on some shit and say, damn that was fucked up and I can't imagine my daughter being pursued by a grown ass man.
Two things have happened practically every single page.
1. Everyone agrees with you that this happened either back in the day or when we were all that age. No one had disputed this despite your many attempts to steer the conversation to people clutching pearls as if they've never heard of this
2. The same people in point 1 are NOW saying it was fucked up. Why is this being ignored by you? This is rhetorical.
So in closing, Brandy was failed by her mother, she was failed by wanya and any other adult in that situation during that time. I expect a 16 yr old to have crushes on older people but I also expect that older person to not act on said crush and take advantage of them.

Since this is your last response, I'll wrap it up. This is the disagreement part. No where in that part you place any accountability on Brandy. That part. You blame everybody else but her. let's say that Brandy's mother told Brandy not to be dealing with grown men.....let's just say that....since you said Brandy's mother failed her...Brandy STILL went out there and did her thing...so is it still Brandy's mother fault? Nigga no... Brandy took it upon herself to dismiss her mother and father lessons to go get with a 22 year old....
Wanya, dismissed his parents lessons or whatever and did his part...thus me saying BOTH parties are at fault....not the parents, them 2 individuals.

One of these chicks would be in our faces all the time, trying to give us some ass, (A)..and we after knowing it, if wasn't messing with other chicks, would have taken her down...so stop with the fakeness brotha... you sit up here and say that (A) the way she moved, she can't be held accountable for her actions too for fucking with grown men and US?
