Going in August. Staying at Ambergris Cay with the Mrs. for our 20th. It’s on a private island though so I won’t really see much of Turks proper. Place we’re staying at is dope though.

August in the Caribbean islands gives you the best deals, but that is also the start of hurricane season, which is why you get the best deals.

We’re actually going at the very beginning of August so hopefully we avoid any nonsense.

Group trips vs you & s/o trip

Which one would yall prefer the most

Both have pros and cons. If we honest just being with your s/o who you see every day can get a little boring. It’s great because y’all chilling and don’t have to entertain anybody else, but still.

So I’d prefer group but they got to be some cool ass people where everybody gets along. It’s like a house party every day, but you can also get away and chill solo with your lady when you need to.

Best of both worlds.

If you’re into bourbon find a good distillery to visit. I used to work for a company headquartered in Lexington, KY and we did a tour and tasting at Buffalo Trace.

You should add solo trips as well.

Honestly, my preference depends on the location. When ever I go back to Codta Rica, I want that to be a group trip. Adventure trips I want to be a group trip.

Island trips, I like to do with my girl.

Solo trips is for when I just want to do a quick stay somewhere and explore. Take some time out for just me.

BUT...not having to be on someone else's schedule b/c they wanna get up at the azzz crack of dawn to a bunch of excursions does sound ideal. Lol

Solo trips are nice. Where you don't have to worry about anybody but yourself.
