Is It Possible To Drop A Universal Classic In Today's HipHop?

Edit

Yeah the more he interviews the lamer (LMAO) he is showing himself to be, but he makes a good point. If it was to happen, it would have to be an up and coming artist who hasn't already evoked a lot (by a lot, I mean a large number of people) of strong emotions of hate or love before that body of work drops.

What album did haters stop from being a classic?

So he not right?

Social media has socially engineered us subconsciously to remove the consensus aspect when judging music based on people wanting to be different, parasocial activities, and generated disingenuous opinions to mostly fuel algorithmic engagement and buzz.

There are a few big platforms that cares about the principles, but even they can be subconsciously impacted.

The internet/social media allowed too many voices in the room and some of those voices get paid from being controversial and oppositional. So yes, it is impossible to drop a universal classic today.
