Yeah when I was in high school the local early 20’s drug dealers were dating the high schoolers. Seniors, juniors, and sophomores. Nobody batted an eye. Some of those couples are married to this day.
Was it right? Hell no. Was it accepted? Yes.
Hell I was smashing a 22 year old at 16. I never understood why she was reluctant at first until I got older and realized she knew it was wrong but eventually said fuck it. I don’t regret that shit at all lol. I definitely wasn’t a victim lol.
Anyway, all that to say I agree the shit was an accepted practice for a lot of people although it wasn’t right. Especially for an older dude cause they got a different level of maturity that makes it easy to take advantage of younger girls. It’s a double standard but it’s real.
