2026: Back to the randomness

Sounds about right.

Hard to respect anybody in the military as it is but the shit I hard from folks I know that was in and how a lot of those dudes was acting out there made me sick. I know 3 dudes who did everything they could to get out.

 
Any of my fellow old niggas remember Without Warning? It was a network TV original movie that disguised itself as a slasher move, but instead was a alien attack movie. That sounds crazy, but the gist of it is that the slasher move played at first, but it kept getting interrupted by "Breaking News" type cuts reporting about strange occurrences. It was pretty brilliant actually. When I saw it, I was legit amazed by the creativity. Imagine my shock at 13 when I found out that there were actually fully grown adults that thought it was real and were calling the New and Police. It literally had a disclaimer at every commercial break reminding people it was just TV. When I think back to things like that, I suddenly stop being so mystified by how a segment of the population could believe in Trump.

I get why some people would believe the reports were real if it showed like that in real time. Reading what you wrote I assumed it would be playing on a tv in the background. Doesn't appear to be part of the film. A lot of people watching live for the first time probably got took. We probably might have too. Hindsight always 20/20.

Fire way to break the fourth wall either way.
