One thing im seeing in the reactions to these Cole interviews is, especially the reaction to his comments in thjs same interview about whether he believes he's the best rapper alive...these fans and stans just want the persona of whatever they think an artist is. They don't want the actual artist they want whoever they picture in their mind and when it contradicts their brains short circuit
