I met an ex stud back in the early Internet days thru chat rooms and pics.. She looked good. Even sounded decent on the phone. We went to Red lobster and as the date progressed, too many masculine mannerisms started presenting themselves.

They weren't blatant, but impossible to ignore. Like by the end of the meal, I just felt like I was hanging with the homie. And that shit just wasn't sexy to me, regardless of how she looked.

So I be tryna tell niggas, yeah, it might be titties and ass under there, but be prepared for your shorty to be a whole nigga at times. And I just don't find my chicks with a sprinkle of real nigga to be attractive.

The way she sat, the way she laughed.. The way she leaned over the table was a big one....

She was rubbing her hands together like a man.

She had a skirt on, but it was like she never wore one before. Certain voice inflections. Certain topics... Like yeah I liked basketball and rap... But I wasn't expecting to have an in-depth conversation with it with a chick who was getting hype about certain shit.

Shorty was cool... But she was definitely more so one of the fellas than one of the girls. I mean.... Maybe some niggas like their girl being one of the fellas. It was just off putting to me.

And it was a whole difference from just being a Tom boy...I used to manage the girls Lacrosse team in high school, I was cool with hella Tom boys... Even took the captain to my prom. They were gritty, but they still acted like girls at their core. This chick acted like a dude. And again, even trying to be open minded, it was a bit unsettling.

Like I'm sure most chicks wouldn't date a bisexual dude. And would be immediately turned off if they gave that bisexual dude a chance and he had 1 too many feminine tendencies. Like I don't create the laws of attraction. Shit just faded until it was non existent. I was just hanging cuz I was having a good time.... But I knew that shit was dead in the water, and didn't wanna waste shorty time.

Go find someone who prefers ruggedness over tenderness. It's a lotta effeminate guys who like to be manhandled. Just not me

You know how you can look back at pictures from previous generations and they look old even when they were young? And it’s cause of the clothes and hair styles. I was watching a vid made by streaming kids, it was a commercial on Amazon.

All of the boys looked like Lamello Ball, even the white ones, and all the girls looked like Ariana Grande and Angel Reese. And I was thinking. Damn

How wild will future styles have to be for kids to look at these kids and say they looked old when they were young.

Shits gonna have to be on final fantasy levels of style and look, for these kids to be the ones that look old

My youngest daughter sat and watched me have my best COD ever. It was a F4A and I won with K-D of like 28-2. I was hype. She just shrugged and was like "Why couldn't you get 30-0, I wanted to see the nuke."

Im definitely introverted but nothing is being force I interact with people all the time. I just realized there's a role people look to me to play in relationships that I've been neglecting due to health and overall life reasons. Maybe adulting was the wrong word. But it's definitely some shit I haven't been handling that I need to start handling now that im in a good spot. Just sucks that tragedy made me realize it.
