The destination smokehouse owner trademarked "tenderism" unc then started using "tendernism" but that was already trademarked. Whoever trademarked it has now transferred ownership to him. Not sure if that was a random person that saw what was happening and was preemptive or someone had long had the trademark and sold it to unc or did him a solid. Good shit either way.
