Dame Dash Is Selling His Stake In 'Reasonable Doubt'

As you know, companies NEVER get sued....🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
For what it's worth if you know you know why it's always to at least have an llc.... if you did something personally they can only come after you and not the company. Dont shoot the messenger its the way the laws work..

You can still sue an LLC

An LLC just protects the owner(s) personal assets from business debt, ie a lawsuit. That's usually why when a person sues, they sue that person personally and the business.

When you sue an LLC, personal assets of owners/CEOs are generally protected, as the LLC is a separate legal entity; however, this shield can be pierced ("piercing the corporate veil") if there's fraud, commingling of funds, undercapitalization, or if the CEO personally guaranteed the debt, making them liable for their own negligent or wrongful acts, not just the business's. To maintain protection, owners must keep business and personal finances separate, avoid fraud, and ensure the LLC is adequately funded.

What i meant to say is they are separate but of course you can sue a company

Dame has earned all the critique coming his way but its also true that transitions in tech & commerce has displaced middle management on down throughout history
