Nah you’re asking for a simple interaction to go sideways and escalate real quick beyond the harmless intimidation you thought you was doing. What if that was your son and he came home from his little gf house and said so and so father pulled out a gun to intimidate him… I’m sure you wouldn’t take lightly someone let alone an adult pulling a gun joking or not on your kid.


If you gotta do all that, you’re already doing to much, all that isn’t necessary and shows the bitchassness in ya. A conversation works just as well, and avoids that potential scenario. Guns are not toys and shouldn’t be treated as such.
 
So without getting to deep in a very personal story, I was recently in a situation where a dude made sure the only person at a certain event knew he had a weapon on him..

It was crazy subtle.... Just as simple as having his shirt tucked around it when initially around me, but covered the rest of the day....I found it later why, and it made me instantly irritated cuz it was clearly a threat....

Naw.... You a bitch if you do that to a kid your daughter likes off of GP....

If he seems foul, then yeah do you.... But if showing up to the house respectfully and you immediately geek.....

You a geek.

I've got the respectful, listen treat my daughter well, if your just in it for the fun, have your fun with someone else talk. Not comfortable but also its cool and I understood where the pops was coming from.

In my experience, anytime it happened, it was respectful. Guns were never shown.
