The question is was she code switching before and now she's actually being her true and genuine self or are those examples of her speaking like a normal educated black person the truth and now she's just playing a role.
I don't know her, so I can't say. I do feel like sometimes these black politicians do try to play up stereotypical blackness to seem "more authentic." Her sounding like that on stage at a concert or whatever if fine I guess. It does annoy me a little when she's doing that in more professional settings.
I'm not sure I understand the connection here. I think you may be misunderstanding why she's being criticized.
