There’s a trend on social media of people reminiscing on 2016. Was that a special year for y’all? What were your memories and favorite moments from that year?
 
My son was 4 and bad as hell. Like he could only go on field trips if I chaperone bad.

Shit wasn't sweet in 2016.

Seems to be kind of an odd year to just zero in on too. I understand a range like the 80's, 90's, or 00's, but one specific year? Just weird.

Its a special year for Gen Z because that was their "blog era" or time where most was in high school. They had memes, SoundCloud rappers like Uzi, Yatchy, Carti, Pump, etc.

Basically this trend is not for most of yall or me.

All the time. 3 of my 4 kids are GenZ, my goddaughter is GenZ, my nieces and nephews are all GenZ, most of my cousins kids are GenZ.

Yeah, I'm around them all the time. 2016 still seems to be a very odd, specific year.
