Cardio and lifting my dude. Intense exercise will increase your body's sensitivity to insulin, reversing type-2.

I gotta get on the bandwagon myself and get back on track, but ramp it up to help get my shit under control. There's only so much these supplements can do by themselves.

Get on a treadmill or road daily and get them both under control. And not no slow ass walking either, you gotta put real effort into the shit.

I've been lifting more... But nothing intense....

It's crazy that we went through an era of sharing screens for PvP multi-player games. 4 players total, sharing the same tv and having to split the screen in 4 ways. Shit sucked if you had a small tv. Had to go on a trust system that no one would look on each other's screen. No one honored that.

Kids now wont need to know that pain. That's good.

I skipped that shared screen shit. Playing Doom, Heretic, Hexen, and Duke Nukem 3D online via DWANGO was the shit in the mid-90. I laughed at my lil brother playing Goldeneye on his N64 while I playing 8 player deathmatch on my PC, then later 16-64 player deathmatch, team deathmatch, or CTF.
 
My mother and my aunts (60 - 70 yers) still love THE TV. They do look at TikTok and IG, but there main entertainment is still The television and Radio.

My generation (30s - 40) it’s so much new stuff about every 5 years. TV, Radio, video games (way better games than pac man). My uncle and aunts had pac man, centipede, and space invaders. But we had Mario, Street fighter, TEKKEN, crash bandicoot. Just upgrade after upgrade

This was before the internet blew up and became stronger

From cassette tapes to CDs, then MP3s when I was leaving high school. My cousin had CD books when we would hange out. Also had CD small buckets with 100s of bootleg CDs. Kazzza and Bear Share was fucking up my computer, but I was getting those MP3s in the early/ mid 00s

My younger cousins (around 20s) besides video games, what new invention thing do they really have. Everything is streaming and the internet, they really don’t know life before WIFI. What’s crazy also is that they don’t have After school cartoon shows. They did watch cartoons, but by then it’s when we have 100s of channels and about 10 of them are for cartoons. All 10 of those channels are also back to back. We just had Nickelodeon and cartoon network, then of course afterschool cartoon and weekend cartoons. They don’t even have cartoon shows on the weekend on those old channels

My cousin will be 23 when wiz khalifa BLACK AND YELLOW came out she was 5 - 7 years old. When GTA 5 came out she was 10, lmfao.

Toys are gone

What really change is food, shit really don’t taste the same, it’s smaller, and cost even more

When it came down to a standstill bc u all know where the other is at, and one of u had to force the next move n maybe die trying, that shit built character

I will doom scroll on TikTok all day and see people of all ages. I never see not ONE PERSON that I know or met before. Only thing I seen before was this girl was on a train I was on before, that’s it. Other than that, I never see or recognize anyone. It feels like I’m looking at people from a totally different dimension
