1) think they can make a deep run with him on the roster
and/or
2) are willing to extend him or negotiate an extension in good faith.

Wouldn't surprise me if Mia, Mil, chi enter the chat over the next few weeks.

Also wouldn't surprise me to see the mavs just hold. I still believe in that roster with a healthy kyrie and lively.

Why not all them easy shots and break opportunities leads to lees physical grinding in the paint let’s not act like ad is not athletic or slow slow big man he just gets goofy ass injuries when ad is able to play normally he’s still top 5 big man

I wouldn't if I were him. I don't think they're going to catch the play in and even of they do they can't do anything with any of the teams in the top 6. No need to rush and add mileage. Come in next year fresh.

If the mavs really feel like they can’t trust ad health I don’t see anything wrong paying bread to get a top 5-10 healthy center back in return especially they have gafford and lively to help him.
