Whose the better manager, Maresca or Amorim?

Meresca can win big games, his league form is where I question his ability.

To end last season he won 10 of the last 22 games

This season last 14 league games 6 wins

All comp 19 games 9 wins. I don't understand how people defend him and say injuries it's consistent to what we saw last season
