Didn’t they explain in the show that Papa created the wormhole to find Henry after 11 sent him to the Hellscape/Abyss? Remem Dustin even said the wormhole/upside down was created by science, not magic.

So it wasn’t created by 11 sending Henry there or by her sending off that demogorgon.

No the upside down was created when 11 made contact with the demogorgan when she was in the deprevation chamber.

Dustin wasn’t talking about the upside down, he was talking about what they called exotic matter that Nancy shot and made that white stuff go everywhere, but you could say all this is science besides dimension x and the hellscape because they were always there .

Science made the upside down and Henry and 11 and all the kids with powers and caused all this

I could see her being turned, but it’s too late in the game for all that shit.

Nah we need to check the tape on this one. I could have sworn Dustin said the exotic matter, created by Papa, is what created the wormhole and is keeping it together. And he or 11 said Papa did it to find Henry.

If not then what was the point of the binder? The binder explained how it all worked and how Papa created it.

Ok I went back to the latest episode and at one point Dustin said Papa created the bridge.

Then later he said the bridge was created when 11 made remote contact with the Abyss, which she only did because Papa had her search for Henry.

So I guess technically he didn’t “create” the bridge himself, but him having 11 search for Henry created the bridge and the exotic matter is what’s holding it together.
 
My question now though, how in the hell is Vecna and all these demogorgons and shit just moving from the abyss to the upside down so easily? They can’t fly so there has to be some gate or something right?

Papa and the scientists created the exotic matter and 11 made the upside down

They weren’t looking for Henry they were training 11 and looking for a Russian spy .

That Henry thing had happened 4 yrs before 11 escaped Hawkins .They wasn’t looking for him or they never mentioned it.

The upside down is a bridge/wormhole and just like going from the upside down to the right side up, I guess they make a hole/rift and just go through

You already saw it with your own eyes. Vecna can move them there as he pleases the same way he moved holly back. You're underestimating how powerful he is. Unimportant plot point/hole either way.

Dustin: Henry was lost for years and he would have stayed lost if it wasn’t for Brenner.

11: He had me find Henry.

Dustin: And when you made remote contact with the Abyss, the bridge formed.

But Henry fell into the Abyss. Holly fell from the Abyss. They haven’t shown once how Vecna and the demogorgons go from the Abyss to the upside down like they have from the upside down to Hawkins.

The upside down and Hawkins sit right on top of each other so it makes sense ripping a hole would work.

I mean they’re doing it someway, and doing it easily, but how? They haven’t said explicitly yet.
