Breaking News 16 killed in shooting at Sydney's Bondi Beach

It’s extremely difficult to care because you can’t tell if it’s a false flag attack and it’s also difficult to to care because these same people bomb and kill children with no issue sad all around from a human standpoint , and most Muslim people understand and believe isis is backed by Israel because they never attack Jews just other muslims so for a father and son to have the flag in there makes absolutely no sense 0 sense because Muslim people do not champion isis

It’s like me as a black man going to murder a bunch of white peolle then raising the kkk banner

The state of Israel is separate from random Jews. Now if these people killed hated Muslims or something yea. But he targeted ransoms in Australia. He coulda went to Syria..

Semi auto will be faster but it looks like with practice a bolt action could be just a few seconds slower. I've never tried doing it fast with a bolt action but maybe @konceptjones or someone else has?

I've never made friends with bolt action rifles; I'm just not a fan except for long range shooting where speed is not a factor. However what I can say is that, generally speaking, you're more deliberate with what you shoot when using bolt action. With semi-auto you can keep pulling the trigger and mag dump and have a reasonable expectation that you're going to hit whatever. Bolt action usually doesn't carry as many rounds, even when they're mag fed, so you tend to aim more cautiously because each shot has to count.

Just somebody with a slight knowledge of of cyber security exposed this

1. Shooter instragram just happens was based in Iran
2.website link in bio was created (10/07/2025) but the website is based in the us which doesn’t make sense

Or maybe another reason is because, they were at the beach, with their families.... not an active warzone.
I forgot it was Australia, but almost anywhere in the USA today and I'm expecting at least one person to return fire. In SoCal, at the beach, people are still carrying. Why you think we all wear those cute chest purses now?

Why tho? Is that a typical thing that happens during other mass shootings in the US?

Real life isnt a movie, yall not returning no fire. You're running for cover like everyone else and waiting for the cops to respond.

And if you find the need to carry a gun everywhere you go 100% of the time, just stay home since outside is so scary.

I'll keep saying it...movies and tv have convinced people they could not only operate a gun under heightened circumstances with 0 experience but also just shoot and kill somebody and just walk away fine after.

But why wouldn't I carry just in case? Experience has taught me that 100% of the time the police aren't on time to help you. The police typically arrive in time to talk to witnesses, not survivors.

I never said not to carry just in case. I'm saying most people over estimate their ability to react in a life or death situation to try and neutralize the threat. Especially if there's a gun and a direct threat coming at you. Most people fight or flight is flight in those situations. And also alot of reaction to those thing is muscle memory. Folks ain't shooting in those type of situations so most people reaction would be to get tje hell away and not try to engage the threat

I hear you. I can imagine that for the first few minutes one wouldn't even know what's going on. One was disarmed by an unarmed citizen with no apparent military training, so clearly you don't need a gun to be a hero. Though you never hear stories of these attacks being met with return fire, yet more laws are introduced to disarm the citizen. Then more attacks occur against unarmed citizens. It doesn't make much sense. At this point people should be carrying with situations like this in mind.
