Does good quarterback play even matter in the NFL anymore?

1. Caleb Williams is 24th in Passer Rating, behind Michael Penix, Kyler Murray and JUSTIN FIELDS - but the Bears have the best record in the NFC

2. Brock Purdy is 26th in Passer Rating, but the 49ers are 9-4

3. Bo Nix is 32nd in Passer Rating, behind Spencer Rattler! But the Broncos are 10-2

4. Trevor Lawrence is 38th in Passer Rating, behind Tyler Shough, Davis Mills, GENO SMITH and Carson Wentz but the Jaguars are 8-4

5. Yet Goff, Dak, Mahomes, Burrow are NOT in Playoff spots right now

So what, exactly, is going on?

Is the quarterback position now being devalued in the NFL?


They're still getting paid those huge market contracts though. Or they will when it's their time

have always been the formula for success. Why you think so many elite wr's retire without a ring?

Because they're always getting a big ass contract and the GM can't build a team to get to the SB lol

New Kickoff rules exacerbates this too.

If I play great defense the opponent starting at the 35 more often than not doesn’t hurt me as much.


But if my offense can take advantage of that on the flip side and the your defense is mid or ass. Shiiit.

Man after how he played last week...maybe its good he sit this week out. Give him some kinda time rest that ankle. Cuz that muthafucca was a straight LIABILITY against the Bengals. Smh.
